You may receive services as often as needed and still receive the same pre-negotiated discounted rates. In comparison, insurance requires costly deductibles, imposes limits on the number of times you can receive services and establishes annual maximums on services.
Simply enroll online anytime, and you will be accepted in 24 hours regardless of your age or pre-existing conditions. Once you have located a provider in your area using the Provider Services Directory (to access provider search, once you click on this link, click on the "Preview" button located mid way down on the right side of the page), then make sure you return to this page to place your order so you will receive our special discount price for the OptumHealthSM Allies Discount Health Plan. A membership card will arrive by mail in 7-10 business days. Once you receive the membership card, you can make an appointment, and show your card and the confirmation when you arrive at the provider's office.
