Discount Vision Care plans provide members and their families with a unique opportunity to enjoy significant vision care savings on the purchase of corrective eyewear, contact lenses and related accessories. Membership entitles eligible participants to valuable savings from the first day of membership. Benefits will vary among the different programs offered, so it is important for you to check the specific details on the plan you choose.

Dental Vision, Multi-Care, and Total-Care use EyeMed Vision Care

Plan Benefits Include:

Cost Containment: A savings of 20% - 45% is given on routine eye exams, frames, and contact lenses. This represents substantial savings on the cost of prescription eyewear needs. In addition, RK and lasik surgery are discounted 15% off normal prices.

Quality: Preferred providers are certified or otherwise qualified by the states in which they practice. These preferred providers carry up-to-date, top of the line inventories from leading manufacturers.

Convenience: The Eyemed Vision Care network is comprised of 35,000 preferred provider locations, including Lenscrafters, Target Optical, and participating Pearl Vision and Sears. Simply select a provider and present the card. There are no pre-approvals, claim forms, or reimbursements involved.

Choice of Providers: Absolute freedom of choice within the network as to which provider to see.

No Restrictions or Limitations: Members are entitled to use the benefit to purchase as many products as they need, as often as they desire. There are no restrictions on the type of frames, lenses and/or options which they may select, except where the manufacturer prohibits discounts.
