Adult Day Care - Day-time only programs that provide health, social and other support services in a protective setting.

Assisted Living - Facilities that offer varying degrees of assistance with activities of daily living in a more homelike enviornment than that of a nursing home.

Home Health/Infusion - Administration of intravenous medications in the patient's home by a home health care professional.

Home Health Care - In-home help from professionals, generally nurses and physical therapists, to assist with medical needs including medications, wound care, intravenous (IV) therapy and physical and speech therapy.

Homemaker and Personal Care Services - In-home help with household actvities such as meal preparation, shopping and light housekeeping.

Hospice - Programs designed to provide comfort and care for terminally ill patients, either in a special facility or at home.

Medical Supplies & DME - Home health care products and durable medical equipment used for injury or illnesses, or to help facilitate activities of daily living.

Memory Loss Products - Media products to provide relief, stimulation and connection for people with memory loss and their caregivers.

Orthotics - Specialized mechanical devices to support or supplement weakened or abnormal joints or limbs.

Respite Program - Temporary care provided for an elderly or disabled person to provide relief for caregivers.
