Family, Infant, and Toddler (FIT) Program
A healthy baby needs a healthy family so MaternityCard™ includes the following added benefits for the entire family: FIT delivers savings from the doctor's and hospital network, lab network, dental care, prescription benefits, vision care, and alternative medicine. Also very helpful is the 24 hour nurse hotline. If you are a member of the pre-pregnancy program, you also have access to significant savings for fertility treatment.
