Legal Club provides members access to a nationwide network of over 22,000 attorneys, in all 50 states, that have contracted to provide members with free and discounted legal care.

Legal Club of America(tm) was formed in 1993, with the goal of providing Americans affordable access to the legal system. Legal Club of America Corporation, is located in Plantation, Florida, and is a publicly traded corporation on the OTCBB: under the symbol "LEGL". The company is a national provider of products and services to consumers and companies.

Legal club has partnered with the nation's largest insurance carriers, benefit consultants and worksite marketing companies, to distribute their legal plan to individuals and employees of corporate America. Today, Legal Club possesses one of the most expansive distribution networks in the country. Legal Club's legal plans are unique in the fact that they are not insurance in all 50 states. As such, the products maintain their continuity across the country. Additionally, Legal Club products have no limitations on usage, no pre-existing condition exclusions and no waiting periods before usage is permitted. More importantly, Legal Club's proprietary attorney network is the only one in the country that caps it hourly rate at $125.00 ($75/ hour for groups with payroll deduction).

ABOUT THE ATTORNEYS

Legal Club's international network of over 20,000 attorneys is professionally managed. Attorneys in the network average 19.4 years of experience. All plan-member attorneys must have a "BV" or better rating if listed in Martindale-Hubbell, provide us with a certificate of liability insurance, whether their state requires it or not, be in good standing with their respective state bar, have a law office in their respective state and carry a "Courtesy Rating" of "B" or better. In addition, Legal Club files a quarterly background disciplinary report with each state's attorney disciplinary department.

Courtesy ratings as well as background checks are done every three months. In addition, attorney firms must complete quarterly surveys reaffirming the accuracy of our database and knowledge of the plan. Besides Courtesy Rating surveys and quarterly background checks, Legal Club answers to its members. Problems that arise with a particular attorney are documented and can ultimately lead to expulsion from the network of attorneys.

The attorneys abide by a discounted fee schedule in order to receive member referrals. For example, planmember attorneys provide Individual / Family Legal Plan members with 9 Free Services, charge a one-time fee for 8 Commonly Used Legal Services, give members a 10% discount on all contingency based cases and contract to charge no more than $125.00 per hour ($75/ hour for groups with payroll deduction) for any and all extended legal care.

Legal Club of America is not an insurance company and has no financial relationship with the attorneys. This means that all of the legal plans have no exclusions, limitations, claims, or red tape. Legal Club provides the only legal plans in the country offered in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands with the exact same benefits in all. Members are entitled to use as many of the plan member attorneys, practicing any area of law available, anywhere in the country, as often as they need. Legal Club of America is dedicated to bridging the financial and emotional gap between Americans in need of legal care and the attorneys that provide it.

Upon enrollment, members are immediately assigned an attorney and given a welcome package. Attorney assignments are based on language spoken, area of law needed, and geographical location. Any additional attorney assignments or reassignments are given via an 800 number over the phone.
