Benefits provided by PIHC under this plan are NOT INSURANCE. This plan provides discounts through a network of providers of selected services. This plan does not make any payments directly to the provider of services. Plan members are obligated to pay for all services, but will receive a discount from those providers who have contracted with the provider network.
